CENENI oil & gas is an oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on finding and producing oil in sub-Saharan Africa
Our strategy is to explore and develop high-potential exploration and production assets in Africa, and form strategic partnerships with national oil companies, indigenous local partners and other independent oil companies. We look to build and operate a balanced portfolio of assets with manageable risks, early cash flow and bookable reserves and resources.
We actively manage our investments and on-going operations by limiting capital exposure and forming strategic partnerships and alliances where we operate. We believe that a strong technical and operational team with local knowledge is key to our success. We actively manage and prioritize assets in our portfolio, seek economic efficiency in our operations and farm-down assets when appropriate to maximize investment value.

He is a private investor with over 35 years of investment experience in Africa and Eastern Europe with his military training.
He is Exposed to a lot of people, organization and have a very good background on security network.
He is the founder of Ceneni Group, a private investment company with investments across many sectors including infrastructural and resource sectors, mining and exploration.

Having worked with many firms including Mercury Engineering and Construction Company, Amco electrical company ltd and Joy petroleum ltd, he is also one of the Director of an NGO known as Excellent world foundation.
He was also the 2011 flag bearer of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) for Delta State House of Assembly (DSHA) Isoko south, constituency 11.
He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Personal Management From the Lagos State University and an M.B.A. in Finance. In addition, we look to bring on a partner with the resources to support and limit the Company’s risk.
As a Minister of Gospel, he has a bachelor of arts in theology Master of Arts Doctorate degree both in church management from Cornerstone University and theological seminary Texas, U.S.A. He is also an author having Ten books written on security and church management to his credit.
